Throughout the spring through fall seasons, ECAR members hold weekly ECAR REALTOR® Tours of local property listings. These tours are intended to expose local real estate listings to other ECAR REALTOR® members with the intent of these other brokers becoming familiar with the listings and then being able to intelligently present and discuss the listings with their buyer clients.
