The New Mexico Enchanted Circle
The New Mexico Enchanted Circle area in north-central New Mexico has a variety of contrasting scenic landscapes from high desert sagebrush covered mesas to towering majestic forest covered mountains with crystal clear streams and recreational lakes. Local activities include world-class and family friendly skiing, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, biking, and just about any other outdoor activity you can think of. The area is defined by the circular route as shown on the map below, and includes the areas of Taos, Taos Ski Valley, Angel Fire, Eagle Nest, Red River, Questa, Arroyo Hondo, and the extended and surrounding areas.
