REALTOR Safety Tip
Bring up the rear – When showing a home, always have your prospect walk in front of you. Don’t lead them, but rather direct them from a position at least 3-4 arm lengths behind them. You can gesture for them to go ahead of you and say for example, “The main bedroom is in the back of the house.” Visit Nar.realtor/safety to learn more.

Up Close With Board Member Robban Reynolds
I originally ran for the board because I wanted to join my peers in enhancing industry standards, promoting professionalism, and contributing to the growth of our real estate community. My experience dates back to 2019 when I first joined the MLS committee, and was then elected to a director position where I’ve volunteered for an additional 2.5 years. I’m thrilled to perform in my new role as Secretary so that I may continue to contribute to the ECAR board in a hands-on approach. I first landed in Taos after graduating from the University of Kansas in 1995, Rock Chalk Jayhawk. Like many, I did the classic “Taos shuffle”, working at Rhoda’s, The Taos News, and lots of places that have gone by the wayside. I left, came back, left, came back… you get the idea. And, as they say, the mountain kept calling, and I just couldn’t quit it. This time, I decided to make it official – I got married, bought a home in San Cristobal, and locked in my Taos residency for good. When I’m not doing all things real estate, you can find me hiking my dogs, baking cakes, rafting, mountain biking, NYT puzzling, competitive thrifting, donut testing, laughing, gardening, pickle making, true crime following, caraoke-ing, procrastinating, Chiefing, and aspiring shuffle dancer. Thanks for trusting me to serve on the board! Got questions, comments, concerns, or just a really good donut recommendation? Hit me up!
