For 2025, the Enchanted Circle Association of REALTORS® (ECAR) has established a goal of donating a total of $25,000 to non-profit organizations in our local service area communities.

Applicant Requirements
- Be in existence for a minimum of 5 years.
- Be exempt from U.S. federal income tax pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and classified as a public charity under section 509(a)(1) or section 509(a)(2) of the Code; and/or an educational institution or governmental entity.
- Serve a community within the New Mexico Enchanted Circle or immediate surrounding area.
- Have current filings with the New Mexico Attorney General and Secretary of State and have a positive Charity Check Report on GuideStar.
