New Quarterly Billing Began in July 2025
Next Quarterly bill will be emailed October 27th for October, November, December. Pay in full by November 26th to avoid a 10% late fee.
New Mexico Real Estate Commission
The New Mexico Real Estate Commission is seeking Real Estate Professionals to serve on the RE Commission Board and subcommittees. Having REALTOR members on the commission is vital to ensuring the regulatory decisions reflect the realities of the market, and protect consumers.

Up Close With Board Member Linda Calhoun
I’ve been a licensed REALTOR® since 1985 and have served as the Qualifying Broker for Calhoun Real Estate since 2003. I’ve been proud to serve on the ECAR Board since 2013 and on the MLS Board for a couple of years. I’m currently ECAR’s Vice President, running for President in the upcoming term. I also serve as a Director for the New Mexico Association of REALTORS®.
My love for Red River started long before I lived here. I grew up spending two weeks each summer camping here with my family, falling in love with the mountains and community. After graduating with a degree in nursing from West Texas State University, I moved to Red River just one week later and I’ve been here ever since.
Community involvement has always been important to me. I served on the Red River Chamber of Commerce for 15 years, including four terms as Chamber President, and I’ve had the honor of serving as the town’s mayor since 2006. I specialize in helping clients buy and sell second homes and investment properties in the Enchanted Circle, and my husband and I also own Der Markt Food Store and Main Street Mercantile.
Family is the heart of my life. Between us, Ted and I we have five children, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Whether I’m working with clients, serving our community, or spending time with my family, I’m grateful every day to live and work in the mountains I’ve loved since I was a child.
